The former Bruin took to Instagram with a powerful message for athletes in the transfer portal.

Highlighted the deep personal side of her transfer from UCLA to Clemson. Despite spending two seasons with the NCAA gymnastics powerhouse, Ainstasi revealed why she chose Clemson.

“Clemson gave me everything I could’ve ever asked for and more
To anyone in the portal… I know it’s not easy, but stay patient and trust the process,” Anastasi wrote in her Instagram story, that Gymanstcs Now shared on April 11.

“The right place is out there waiting for you, one that truly feels like home. You deserve that, so don’t settle,” she added.

For Jordan Chiles’ former teammate, the UCLA gymnastics program did guarantee exposure. After all, sharing the locker room with an Olympic gold medalist can be intimidating for any young athlete.

With the Bruins, Paige Anastasi often found herself waiting on the bench. However, transferring to the Clemson Tigers on July 2, 2025, helped her secure a spot on the starting roster.

Rising Power of Clemson’s Culture

From a transfer from powerhouse UCLA, Anastasi is the new focal point of Clemson’s rapidly growing $37 million revolutionary gymnastics legacy.

The rapid growth is the result of massive investment to provide world-class facilities, such as a 10,000-square-foot Athlete Recovery Center overlooking Lake Hartwell.

The Clemson Gymnastics Operations Facility is also massive. The 21000 sq. ft. dedicated operations centre contains a practice gym, locker rooms, and coaches’ offices.

Today, Clemson has turned into a super team with pioneers like Rebecca Wells, the first-ever Clemson gymnast to win the 2026 ACC Championship title on March 21, 2026.

Clemson has shown it can offer the same experiences as a high-pressure powerhouse but with a culture that feels more like a home.

The former LSU standout, who retired in April 2025 after her fifth season in Baton Rouge, is stepping into acting with a role in the upcoming “Baywatch” reboot, which is set to air on Fox during the 2026–27 TV season.

The 23-year-old, who helped LSU win a national championship in 2024, recently shared a behind-the-scenes look from the set. Livvy posted an Instagram story featuring herself in the iconic red swimsuit alongside co-star Hassie Harrison in Los Angeles.

Olivia Dunne captioned the post “Baewatch,” giving fans a glimpse of her new chapter. It marks a clear shift from her NCAA career to entertainment. Now, she’s trading the gym floor for the beach in a high-profile TV role.

In the photo, Dunne is seen smiling, winking, and flashing a peace sign with her right hand. A few hours later, 36-year-old Hassie Harrison, who will play Nat, reposted the story and added, “❤❤❤ adore you babes!! 🥰.”

Olivia Dunne, who is making her acting debut, has been cast in a recurring role as Grace. The character is described as a “highly enthusiastic junior lifeguard” in the reboot of the franchise, first launched in 1989. It marks her first official step into television.

The former LSU Tiger has hinted at an acting career for some time. Now, with filming underway, fans can expect more behind-the-scenes content from her.

Something unique is developing in Baton Rouge. Under the relentless guidance of Coach Kim Mulkey, LSU women’s basketball is preparing for another run at a championship level and is making a major investment in recruiting. The program has an electrifying vibe. Finding players who can change the game and make the Tigers unstoppable is more important than simply addressing roster voids. Olivia Vukosa, who is 6’4″ and combines skill and size, won New York’s Gatorade Player of the Year award and a top-5 national ranking. Taliyah Parker’s 6’3 size and exceptional athleticism provide her a dominant presence on the court. Regardless, the cast also includes Shay Mitchell, Jessica Belkin, and Noah Beck. All three have already been spotted on set wearing the iconic red swimsuits. Filming began earlier this month.

Interestingly, David Chokachi, who starred in the original “Baywatch,” is returning to the franchise. He will reprise his role as Cody Madison in the new 12-episode series.

Brooks Nader, another Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model, has also joined the lineup and was seen alongside Dunne in a sneak peek.

Stephen Amell, 44, who will play an adult Hobie Buchannon, has already shared his thoughts online.

“I’m fully aware that Baywatch is iconic—and at its heart, it’s entertainment. It’s big, fun, and unapologetically larger than life,” he wrote on Instagram.
