Simone Biles caught the public’s attention with her recent social media post. While fans are eagerly awaiting her return to gymnastics, she is currently enjoying a well-deserved break.

She surprised followers with a video shared on Instagram on Wednesday, showing her first flip of the season on the trampoline alongside fellow American gymnast Zoe Miller. The pair had a fun session, and fans responded with strong support in the comments.

American gymnast Aly Raisman also reacted to the clip, expressing her wish to join them.

“I wanna play,” she wrote.

She added, “could watch this all day! So fun.”

Four-time Olympian Ellie Black also left a warm message in the comments:
“Sticking on a trampoline ain’t easy people,” she wrote.

Media personality Nicole Kayla commented, “My dream date. Cute.”

Meanwhile, Biles described it as a “summer night’s playing Stick It” in the caption.

The most decorated American gymnast has remained active on social media since her last appearance at the 2024 Olympics, while prioritizing her mental health. Away from competition, she often draws attention for her personal life.

Last month, she spent time with her husband, Jonathan Owens, and shared glimpses on Instagram. She wore a white low-neck gown for the outing, paired with her husband’s T-shirt.

Earlier this year, the couple attended the Milan Winter Olympics to support Team USA, and during the NFL season, she frequently cheered for her husband at his games.

However, it has been some time since she stepped away from competition, and fans remain curious about her potential return.

Simone Biles Provides an Update on LA28

The next major event is the Los Angeles 2028 Olympics, and Biles has not confirmed whether she will participate. In an interview with CNN Sports in April, she addressed the topic briefly.

"I feel like we’re still at a 50-50,” she said. “We’re still on a time crunch here. Now it’s almost half of 2026, so we’re gonna have to make these decisions pretty quickly.”

Biles withdrew from several events at the 2021 Tokyo Olympics due to mental health concerns. Since then, she has placed greater emphasis on her well-being when considering competition.

"Mental health plays a big role in it because, physically, my coaches will get me in shape,” she said.

At her last Olympic appearance in Paris, she won gold in the team all-around and vault events, along with a silver in floor exercise, bringing her total Olympic medal count to 11.

It remains to be seen whether she will return for the next Games. What do you think about it? Let us know in the comments!
