The eleven-time Olympic medalist Simone Biles was spotted at Busch Stadium on Friday. She attended the St. Louis Cardinals baseball game against the Cincinnati Reds alongside her husband, Jonathan Owens, and friends.

Biles posted a photo dump of her outing on Instagram with a three-word caption.

“IN THE LOU ❤️⚾🌭," she wrote.

She was seen enjoying the game alongside her sister, Adria Biles, and gymnast friend Zoe Miller. The trio was coordinated in St Louis Cardinals tank tops with red pants and white sneakers. Owen wore his red Cardinal jersey over a white t-shirt and denim shorts.

The photos captured the whole group decked in Cardinals gear, posing together in the stands. Owen also reacted to the post and commented,

“Had my baby outsiiiiide ❤️"

It marked another public appearance for the couple in St Louis, as they were previously spotted in the city for the ceremonial pitch on May 30. The Cardinals had welcomed the couple with a social media post captioned,

“The Lou's own Jonathan Owens was joined by Simone Biles on the field for tonight's first pitch!"

The visits are personally important for NFL player Owen, as he was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, which makes the Cardinals his home team.

While there have been talks about Simone Biles returning to gymnastics, she is enjoying a break and spending quality time with her family. In her post, she also shared an adorable photo with her sisters in the third slide. The Biles sisters share a strong bond.

Simone Biles' Connection With Sister Adria

Adria is one of Simone's closest companions, as both sisters grew up training in the same sports together. Both trained at Bannon's Gymnastics in Houston.

Adria reached level 9, the junior elite level, in 2015 and later left the sport in 2016. She then joined the Houston Astros' professional dance group, Shooting Stars, making her transition into a different career.

Both sisters grew up together in foster care, with Simone taking care of her younger sibling. Later, they were adopted by grandparents Ronald and Nellie Biles, who supported them in their gymnastics career.

Despite having different careers today, the duo still shares an inseparable bond. In her 2016 biography "Courage to Soar," Simone reflected on her bond with sister Adria, writing,

“Even with our grandparents now looking out for us, I would always hold her hand and wipe her face if she was crying, and I’m sure I also told her what to do and how to do it."

Adria supports Simone in her career path, as she was seen accompanying her in the 2024 Paris Games, which marked the last appearance of Biles at the global competition stage.
